Formula 1 Pit Lane
Formula 1 Pit Lane is the one of the top 5 most dangerous places in the world.
It was proved in yesterday's Hungarian GP. Two major incidences happened during the race. Both happened when the safety car was deployed and all the drivers head down the pit lane for tyre change. There was melle in the pit lane.
Incidence 1: Mercedes's Roseberg right rear wheel came off the car as he exited the pit stop. Due to the tremendous speed of the F1 car, the wheel reeled into Williams and other pit crews. Everyone tried to avoid the rotating and jumping wheel. However it was too late for BMW Sauber pit crew and it hit one the members. He narrowly escaped serious injury.
Incidence 2: When all of the above was happening. Renault's pit crew let Kubica go when the Force India's Sutil was approaching for pit stop. He banged his car into Kubica's, thus ending race pre-maturely.
